Marvel's The Inhumans will debut he first two episodes in IMAX theatres, marking the first time a live-action television series has debuted in IMAX. The will be filmed entirely with IMAX digital cameras and will run worldwide exclusively in IMAX for two weeks at the beginning Labor Day weekend 2017. The episodes will then serve as Marvel's The Inhumans' series premiere later than fall, with ABC television exclusive content.
As a concept, the Inhumans were introduced into the Marvel Cinematic Universe via Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, with Inhuman characters like Quake, Lash, and Slingshot.
